From implementation planning through embedded execution and scale
We partner as your commercial team and execute — from initial implementation planning through to in-market operations and scale.
A Valthera engagement follows a consistent structure. We start by producing a market entry and revenue generation implementation plan — a detailed, commercially validated blueprint for your European entry.
From there, we work as your commercial operations team to deliver it — coordinating execution, building infrastructure, and driving performance in-market.
The depth and duration of the planning phase depends on your market footprint and internal capability, but the principle remains the same: we are accountable for execution, not just advice.
The implementation plan is the foundation of every Valthera engagement — and the starting point before any execution begins. We build a commercially grounded, country-specific plan that defines where to play, what to sell, and how to win. It is designed to be executed, not presented.
We validate which molecules have genuine commercial viability in which markets — and build the prioritisation logic that prevents capital being deployed against the wrong products in the wrong sequence. This feeds directly into the implementation plan and sets the commercial case for each country entry.
We build the go-to-market model and then run the launch. This means designing the right commercial architecture for each market — and staying embedded to implement it. Channel structure, customer model, commercial footprint, and launch sequencing are built and operated by us, not handed over as a document.
The wrong distribution partner can set a market entry back by two or more years. We select, qualify, negotiate, and onboard distribution, co-promotion, and tender management partners — and build the performance framework to manage them once in place.
We identify, pursue, and close BD opportunities — in-licensing, out-licensing, and commercial partnership agreements. We work as an extension of your BD team rather than an outside adviser: building target lists, managing outreach, and negotiating terms through to execution.
Regulatory timelines built in isolation from commercial plans are one of the most common and costly causes of European launch failure. We integrate regulatory and commercial workstreams — building a single execution timeline and managing cross-functional dependencies so launch windows are not missed.
