He has held senior leadership positions at Olpha (Chief Operating Officer, EU Markets), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals (Senior Vice President, Commercial Excellence and Marketing), and Sandoz International GmbH.
His expertise spans Commercial Strategy, Market Entry, Portfolio Expansion, and Commercial Excellence across more than 50 international markets, with deep knowledge of generics, biosimilars, market access, and partner-led distribution models.
He holds a PhD in Computer Science (Formal Methods & AI) from the University of Paderborn, completed Executive Education in Accounting and Finance at the University of St. Gallen, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Jennifer Curtis is a Co-Founder of Valthera Pharma, focused on portfolio optimisation, commercial execution, launch delivery and operational transformation across European pharmaceutical markets.
She brings experience across both senior strategic advisory and operating roles, with a particular focus on translating growth strategy into practical commercial and operational execution.
Jennifer has worked in healthcare for 20 years, advising global pharmaceutical and healthcare companies before moving into operating leadership roles within high-growth European pharma businesses.
At Valthera, she works directly within pharmaceutical companies to build and execute practical European market entry and scale-up models, aligning commercial, operational and partner execution to deliver measurable results.
Hrvoje brings more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience spanning Croatia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the broader CEE region — covering the full arc from strategy through to operational execution.
His market entry work encompasses the complete scope of what generic pharmaceutical companies need to enter and succeed in EU markets: portfolio and market selection, regulatory and reimbursement strategy, partner identification and negotiation, and commercial launch execution.
Hrvoje has deep working knowledge of EU regulatory and reimbursement frameworks, and has led M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle — from target identification and business case design through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and post-merger integration.
He has held Managing Director, Chief Strategy Officer, and Management Board Member roles at companies ranging from lean market-entry operations to large-scale pharmaceutical organisations. Hrvoje is fully fluent in English, Polish, German, and Croatian.
